Flashing Brake Light In Dash Now I`m trying to figure out why just all three brake lights flash. no idea what besides I Need to service my rotors and pads.Ford`s “Electronic Brake Light” causes a dashboard light to illuminate in your car, when a vehicle in front of you applies its brakes.Ok car was working fine. Car in front of me brakes causing me to be briefly distracted by a light flashing on in my periphery vision, then next thing I know, I crashed into the car in front of me. Here I am driving along the road, eyes on the road. So, this morning my ABS, ESP and brake light come on, then soon after, the suspension light comes on and the brake light starts flashing. The brakes are grabbing and the ABS light, the ! in a circle in parentheses light and the word BRAKE appears on the dash. .. Nice! The very moment my attention is required on the road it is distracted by a stupid light on the dash
